RESERVATION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• The rates include 10% VAT.
• Pets are not allowed.
• It is possible to enter the room from 16:00.
• Check out time up to 12:00.
• Children, so as to make the reservation, are those up to and including the age of 11.
• The rates contracted as “Non-refundable” will be charged at the time of making the reservation and, in case of cancellation or modification, that amount will not be refunded.
• The half board stay reservation consists in a breakfast and a dinner. It does not include any drink for dinner.
• We must be able to check the validity of the credit card. Otherwise, the reservation will be cancelled.

RESERVATION AND CANCELLATION CONDITIONS

• Without expenses of cancellation up to 6 days before the entry.
• 5 days before the day of entry of a reservation with an expected arrival on a Friday, the same Friday, the previous Thursday, Wednesday, Tuesday, Monday and Sunday, will incur cancellation fees.
• Cancellation or modification up to the entry: 50% of the total of the stay.
• Not presentation: 100% of the total of the stay.
• Early departures pay full stay.

COVID-19. The reservation and cancellation conditions are canceled in the following cases:

• In case of confinement of your place of residence (duly accredited by them) and that you cannot travel to the hotel, you can cancel the reservation free of charge, regardless of the cancellation policies of the reservation.
• In case of COVID-19 illness and isolation for the same reason, you can cancel the reservation for free.

Communicating these circumstances as soon as possible and with official proof.

• Without expenses of cancellation up to 15 days before the entry.
• Cancellation or modification between 14 and 5 days before the entry: 50% of the total of the stay.
• Cancellation, modification or not presentation in the last 4 days until the date of entry: 100% of the total of the stay.
• Early departures pay full stay.
